猶記驪歌響起，至母校畢業的您就此進入另一段旅程，師長們均非常關心您的畢業動態及就業情形。同時為配合教育部及校方作為高等教育、校務發展及系所課程規劃與校系友服務之重要參考，特編制此份調查問卷，請您撥冗填寫，謝謝您的合作！

為鼓勵本校畢業生填答，以提高填答率，將分別針對畢業後1年、3年及5年的畢業生各提供1,000元禮券共60張做為「早鳥」填答抽獎贈品，邀請各畢業生於9月30日前填答完畢，一起當早鳥來抽獎，問卷調查結束後，系統將分別自動抽出各20名畢業生，由本組通知受獎人並依規定扣繳所得稅。
