【畢業審查】 112學年度第2學期資訊系大學部畢業資格審查注意事項 Notice of graduation application of academic year 2024 ，請於4月30日前填妥＜資訊系畢業審查表＞繳回進行審查確認,方可畢業

112學年度第2學期資訊系大學部畢業資格審查注意事項:

1.  對象：大四生、延畢生、已完成提早畢業申請者

2.  程序：請對照自己的入學年度下載正確的資訊系畢業審查單https://www.csie.ncku.edu.tw/zh-hant/news/10646 →依成績確實填寫→填完後請於4月30日（二）之前至系辦趙小姐處進行確認。

3.針對輔系、雙主修者:請即日起到4月8日(一)下午五點前，到系辦公室領取你的歷年成績表，到你申請的輔系、雙主修系所先進行審查簽註過與否後，再依第2項規定的程序回系上審查。 

註：依照註冊組要求每一位大四以上的學生都必須要做審查，無論你是否要畢業，若無審查者將無法畢業。

【Notice of graduation application of academic year 2024】

1.     Objetc: Senior students (including deferred students)

2.    Procedure: Download CSIE Graduation Checklist   https://www.csie.ncku.edu.tw/zh-hant/news/10646  →Fill-in the checklist by referring your transcript → Submit the completed checklist  to the Department Office by Apr.30 (Tue.).

3.    For students who are taking double major or minor study：Please stop by the department office to pick up your transcript. Go to the second major/minor department to review by Apr.8 (Mon.). Then follow the Procedure to file the graduation application. 

All students have to file the graduation applications by the department deadline.
